Since 2015, our home interior design company has started venturing into Singapore residential interior design and renovation solutions to value-add all homeowners with our intricate. DETAILED PLANNING

Upon confirmation and approval, we will delve into detailed planning, This involves,

3D visualization, 3D video walkthrough,
Detailed working plan for Stage 1 of renovation (Foundation stage)
Detailed fitting drawings for Stage 2 of renovation (Fitting stage)

EXECUTION

With the plan finalized, we will begin the execution phase in 3 stages.

Foundation stage:
M&E works, Ceiling, Masonry / Tiling, Plastering, Painting
Fitting stage
Carpentry, Painting, Other forms of installation
Finishing stage
Handover with reasonable touchups and finishes

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Base on the information gathered, we will present our initial design concepts and a detailed estimated budget
Collaborate closely with us, provide feedbacks and insights. This is a crucial step in refining the design and budget in order to align with your expecations.

We are an interior design firm with in-house capabilities such as Carpentry, Ceiling/Partition works, Electrical works and Simple Masonry works. We strongly believe in streamline renovation process where we can both visualize and conceptualize your space all in one. Covid-19 period was a great reminder for us that having our own in-house capabilities, we can still continue renovation cautiously without getting too affected by the restrictions and manpower.

Apart from that, we are considered a one stop renovation company where we have both the design and in house build capabilities to materialize your home at ease.
Rooted in the artistry of crafting wood, our background in carpentry started way back in year 2001. By seeing how the renovation and interior design industry transformed in the recent years, we are determined to set the expectation of an interior designer, setting benchmark and making it viability impossible for black sheeps who focus on "selling" rather than "helping/solving".
For a full fledge whole house renovation for houses >800sqft, the typical timeframe is roughly 12-14 weeks depending on the materials and design proposed for the house. If materials have to be specially indented, expect a further delay depends on the shipping duration.
As a Casetrust Accredited firm, our payment structure is broken down into 4 phases.
1. 10% (Confirmation and Design stage)
2. 40% (Foundation stage)
3. 40% (Fitting stage)
4. 10% (Handover and Finishing stage)

Any variation works in the between the agreed scope of works will be added/deducted accordingly
As we do not believe in having a showroom, we will be more than happy to arrange for a site visit subjected to our client's agreement.
